Biden preparing to block Nippon’s US Steel takeover: report

WASHINGTON — U.S. President Joe Biden is preparing to block Nippon Steel’s acquisition of U.S. Steel, the Washington Post reported on Wednesday, citing three unnamed sources.

The newspaper did not say when Biden was expected to take action.
