WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conservation Innovation Fund, a conservation and sustainability impact finance fund, and Pennsylvania’s Kennett Township announced today the Township achieved a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit.
