(TSX: DYA) (OTC: DYFSF) (FRA: DMJ) ("dynaCERT" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of a fully-subscribed arm's length non-brokered offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,000,000 (the “Offering”).
