SOFIA, Bulgaria--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Westinghouse Electric Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co. and Bulgaria’s Kozloduy NPP - New Build EAD today signed the Engineering Services Contract for two AP1000® reactors to be built at the Kozloduy site.
