COLLEGE PARK, Md. & VISTA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, IonQ (NYSE: IONQ) announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the operating assets of Qubitekk, Inc., a leading Vista, CA-based quantum networking company.
