Superior Receives TSX Approval for Normal Course Issuer Bid

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") (TSX:SPB) is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has accepted Superior's notice of intention to commence a normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and/or other alternative trading platforms in Canada. The NCIB will commence on November 12, 2024 and will terminate on the earlier of November 11, 2025, the date on which Superior has purchased the maximum number...
