General Motors Co reported a 4.3 per cent rise in annual U.S. auto sales on Friday, supported by higher demand for its pickup trucks and SUVs.

The Detroit automaker posted sales of about 2.7 million units in 2024, compared with the 2.59 million units it sold a year ago.
