HF Sinclair Corporation Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE: DINO) (the “Corporation”) announced today that it has priced an offering of $1,400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its senior notes, consisting of $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “2031 Notes”) and $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Senior Notes due 2035 (the “2035 Notes”, and together with the 2031 Notes, the “Notes”) at a price to the public of 99.667% and 99.475%, respecti...
