(JH), a leading producer and marketer of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sodium bisulfate, has announced its acquisition of Dallas-based Nexchlor LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Copperbeck Energy Partners LLC (a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital).
