FERC Reinstates Certificate for Transco’s Regional Energy Access Expansion

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Williams (NYSE: WMB) announced today that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an Order on Remand Reinstating Certificate and Abandonment Authorization to Transco for the Regional Energy Access Expansion (REA) late Friday, Jan. 24, 2025. The Order reinstates the certificate for REA as issued in its original certificate order and will take effect immediately upon the issuance of the mandate by the D.C.
