Rule 29 allows SCE to coordinate and pay for the design and deployment of eligible electrical service extension work, including:
- Planning, design, and engineering.
- Installation of underground service conductors, service transformers, and utility-owned metering equipment.
- Trenching, excavation, and substructures.
