PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TotalEnergies a signé un accord (SPA) avec Ksi Lisims LNG pour l'achat, pendant 20 ans, de 2 Mt/an de GNL provenant de la future usine de liquéfaction, sous réserve de la décision finale d'investissement du projet. En parallèle, TotalEnergies acquiert une participation de 5% dans Western LNG, le développeur, actionnaire et futur opérateur du projet Ksi Lisims LNG.
