Exxon Mobil completes $60 billion deal for Pioneer Natural

(Reuters) – Exxon Mobil has closed its $60 billion purchase of Pioneer Natural Resources, the oil and gas producer said on Friday, a day after receiving a go-head from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for the deal.
