AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (NYSE: AESI) (“Atlas” or the “Company”) today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (“common stock”).
