HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bayou Midstream II, LLC (“Bayou II”) today announced an equity commitment from EIV Capital, LLC (“EIV”) following their successful partnership for Bayou Midstream, LLC (“Bayou I”). Headquartered in Houston, Bayou II is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of midstream infrastructure across North America.
