Carl K. Arnet, CEO of BW Energy Limited (“BWE”), bought 60 000 shares in BWE on 21 November 2024 at an average price of NOK 22.33 per share. Following this transaction, Arnet holds 3,916,010 shares in BW Energy Limited.
