HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FET) today announced that Mr. C. Christopher Gaut plans to retire from the FET Board of Directors at the end of his term and not stand for re-election at FET’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Gaut was first elected as a director of Forum Oilfield Technologies in 2006.
