Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Freyr Technology Pte. Ltd. to Deliver AI Computing and Data Center Services

Irvine, CA., Nov. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Clean Energy Technologies, Inc. (“CETY”) (Nasdaq: CETY), a clean energy manufacturing and services company offering eco-friendly green energy solutions, clean energy fuels, and alternative electric power for small and mid-size projects in North America, Europe, and Asia, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Freyr Technology Pte. Ltd. (Freyr) to deliver AI Computing and Data Center services in Southeast Asia.

Freyr is the Preferred Partner of NVIDIA, focusing on developing enhanced technical solutions to optimize the Model Flop Utilization (MFU) of NVIDIA’s GPU for its clients.

In response to the growing market demand for AI Computing and Data Center services, CETY and Freyr will collaborate to fulfill this demand for potential clients. Freyr will take the lead in signing new clients and operating the Data Centers, while CETY will support the initiative by providing NVIDIA infrastructure required by Data Center services, along with marketing and sales efforts globally.

CETY can leverage this collaboration to cross-sell its clean energy solutions to AI Data Centers. By applying CETY’s expertise in energy efficiency, the partnership aims to reduce the operational costs of Data Centers.
