AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has signed a deal with Grammer Jifeng Automotive Seating CZ to build a new 21,000 sqm modern manufacturing and testing warehouse facility at CTPark Cheb in the north-west of the Czech Republic.
