BOSTON & DALTON, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dalton Utilities, a full-service municipal utility serving 50,000 customers across the City of Dalton and portions of Whitfield, Murray, Gordon, Catoosa, and Floyd counties in Georgia, reported a 150% increase in paperless enrollment in October 2023 since going live with InvoiceCloud’s automated pay-by-phone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution in February 2016.
