STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the “Company” or “Dorian LPG”) today updated its financial and operational outlook for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock, returning $42.6 million of capital to shareholders.
