NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hartree Partners, LP (“Hartree” or the “Company”) announced the closing of its first senior unsecured revolving credit facility (the “Facility”) on September 13, 2024, totaling $455 million. The $455 million credit facility, which is comprised of a one-year tranche and a three-year tranche, also includes an accordion feature to increase the Facility up to $750 million to support the Company’s liquidity needs and future growth.
