Howard Energy Partners Announces Pricing of $600 Million Offering of Senior Notes

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Howard Midstream Energy Partners, LLC (the “Company”) today announced that it has priced its offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375 percent senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The offering of the Notes is expected to close on or about June 17, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
