SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Howard Midstream Energy Partners, LLC (the “Company”) today announced the pricing terms of the previously announced cash tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) for any and all of the $400,000,000 outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 6.75 percent senior notes due 2027 (the “Notes”).
