AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE: HYLN) (“Hyliion”), a developer of sustainable electricity-producing technology, today announced the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with FlexnodeTM, an innovative digital infrastructure company. Under the terms of the LOI, Hyliion will supply up to 10 KARNOTM generators (2MW total capacity) to Flexnode, with the initial deliveries anticipated to commence in 2025.
