MORGANTOWN, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. (“Infinity”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,250,000 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Infinity (the “Common Stock”) at a price to the public of $20.00 per share of Common Stock.
