PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northwest Natural Holding Company (NYSE: NWN) (NW Natural Holdings) today announced the closing of its acquisition of SiEnergy Operating, LLC (SiEnergy or the Company) from SiEnergy Capital Partners, LLC (an affiliate of Ridgewood Infrastructure).
