TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--oceansix Future Paths Ltd. (“oceansix” or the “Company”) (TSXV: OSIX) is pleased to announce the initiation of a non-brokered private placement of up to 33,333,333 Units at a price of CDN $0.09 per Unit, to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000 (the “Offering”).
