Permian Resources Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Permian Resources Corporation (“Permian Resources” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PR) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis. The base dividend is payable on November 22, 2024 to shareholders of record as of November 14, 2024.
