Sif and Smulders strengthen cooperation for offshore wind foundations

October 1 2024

Sif and Smulders have been working together on offshore wind foundations for over 20 years. Sif provides the primary steel for monopiles and TPs, while Smulders handles the secondary steel and outfitting of TPs and TP-less monopiles. A new production line for Smulders TPs will be added soon.

In addition to production, we collaborate on logistical solutions and product development. Until now, this was done on a project basis, but to strengthen our partnership, we have now signed a general cooperation agreement. This allows us to improve our offering to clients and prepare for the future together.
