HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- #Ahome--Transition Industries LLC announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (MGC) to enter into a long-term Methanol Sales Agreement (MSA).
